He has also been actively involved in the seismic analysis, design and qualification of commercial and industrial structures, commercial and industrial equipment and nonstructural facility components.

Mr. Kiasaleh is a results-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills. He has over 16 years of experience in structural design and project management with a proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality performance. Lynsey Willadsen: Associate Project Engineer
Ms. Willadsen is a detail-oriented, team player who is a recent addition to J.S. Dyer & Associates Inc. She has a willingness to take on new and varied projects, and the ability to handle changing priorities.
Ms. Willadsen has had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and reports, including seismic retrofit design of concrete tilt-up structures, design of type V construction, design of steel structures and the estimation of probable seismic risk.

Jeremy Wale: Associate Project Engineer
A recent graduate, Mr. Wale completed both the Civil Structures and Earthquake Engineering focus sequences at UCSD. Prior to graduation, he gained experience during structural observations of concrete high-rise structures including post-tensioned slabs as well as low-rise residential buildings.
Since the beginning of his tenure with J.S. Dyer & Associates Inc., Mr. Wale has designed structures comprised of concrete, steel, timber and masonry materials. He is a valuable, hard-working engineer with experience in the new structural design of lateral force resisting systems and the seismic retrofit design of warehouse facilities.
